. Hands-on CI experience from A to Z on global and domestic projects. i.e. - you have written a questionnaire, programmed a survey, written a discussion guide, created or defined stimulus, contacted suppliers, you have processed and organized data, analyzed open-ends, raw data, interviews and transcripts, you have written reports, visual presentations, and succinct summaries, generated key implications/action items for teams on a wide variety of projects from tracking to packaging research and presented findings.

· Familiar with tackling projects at all stages of product development, from the front-end inspiration and the research techniques used throughout -- including ethnographic interviews, field trips, immersion exercises, journey maps, and personas -- to informing products mid or near-launch including product refinement and viability. You will come to the table with UX sensibilities, and help the team think about the end user experience throughout product development.

· Experience with helping set-up/facilitate and participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to synthesize insights (secondary and custom) to ideate new experiences and product solutions.

· A story-teller with strong presentation skills and experience communicating insights with impact - both verbally and visually - to all levels of stakeholders including senior executives.
