The Role:

We are looking for a senior JavaScript engineer to join our engineering team. You primary responsibility is to help architect, design, and implement key frontend components of Glint’s real-time employee engagement platform, including the application tier and the browser.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 2+ years of professional experience with JavaScript
• Expertise in Node.js or similar server-side language or framework (eg. Django, PHP, etc.)
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS and cross browser compatibility issues
• Experience with REST-based API services
• Degree in CS or STEM
• Quick learner
• Team player
• Positive attitude

Bonus Points:

• Working knowledge of Angular
