You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration across our Sales, Marketing and Executive teams by managing, tracking and presenting program budgets—and results—by channel.

You’ll lead a team tasked with demand generation and marketing funnel optimization. Using inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing, you will grow our database and overall company revenue.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead a team of marketers to drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and opportunities
  • Lead the demand generation team, including setting team strategy through analysis of historical marketing data and growing the team through hiring and training
  • Forecast and present to senior management to help the marketing organization achieve greater success
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition
  • Own marketing’s relationship with sales, including setting goals, managing lead flow and increasing conversion rates at each stage of the marketing and sales funnel

What You'll Need:

  • Four-year degree (BA, BS) in business, marketing, psychology, statistics or similar field
  • Proven and visible marketing expert with experience blogging, writing thought leadership pieces, speaking, and growing a personal audience on social media
  • Leadership experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, creative and problem-solving skills, including the ability to extract meaning from data, generate accurate forecasts and develop concise presentations and reports for senior management
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as third party vendors
  • Expert in end-to-end inbound marketing, including using smart content, smart lists, and other lifecycle stage optimization tactics
  • Experience with any of the following programs: Google Analytics (or other web analytics platform), Google Adwords, Tableau, Moz, Optimizely, Unbounce, Photoshop, Marketo, HubSpot
