Senior Software Engineer

Glassbreakers is hiring a senior software engineer. Requirements

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in making Glassbreakers an extraordinary enterprise product. You will be an amazing fit if you have:

• Experience developing on Ruby on Rails - minimum 4 years RoR development experience
• ­Been coding recently ­- hands on with modern development stacks (Ruby on Rails, Postgres, React JS)
• ­You appreciate the test driven development philosophy - Knowledge of Rspec/Capybara is a plus
• The ability to write clean, reliable and highly maintainable code
• A high level of comfort using git
• ­Experience scaling multitenant implementations
• ­Bay Area based
• ­Passion about workforce diversity and inclusion

On top of the previous points, the following would be very useful

• Experience architecting scalable systems
• ­Familiar with enterprise class security with ability to handle security audits
• ­Product internationalization/localization experience
• Experience with Heroku hosting platform
