Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst (BA) supports and enhances construction specific software applications and related business processes. Applications include the Oracle E-Business Suite R12, Sage 300 – Timberline, along with other business specific applications. The BA will work closely with users and will be responsible for resolving Tier II help desk tickets as well as implementing new capabilities. Other responsibilities include supporting emerging data architecture initiatives to ensure alignment with the data architecture vision and implementing new applicatoin capabilities requiring extensive testing, training and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.); Major or Minor in Information Systems preferred; Four plus years of professional experience supporting business applications
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Project Accounting and Financials), Sage 300 – Timberline, and Construction related platforms is desired
• Experience working within extensive data architecture models a plus
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts and tools
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience in construction industry desired
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision
