Our stunningly-beautiful connected machine intuitively understands the best infusion method for each tea varietal, reading each tea package and automatically initiating the optimal brewing recipe. Teforia makes the delicate, complicated process of infusion a simple, enjoyable experience and produces a perfect cup of tea every time.

The Role:

As the Head of Operations at Teforia you will instrumental in successfully taking our product to launch and beyond. To do this you will utilize your stellar understanding of the mechanics of business to devise, identify, and implement the best processes and tools. Using your operational expertise in consumer goods, you will analyze our supply chain workflow and apply strategic, actionable insights.

This will be a pivotal role for both Teforia’s immediate success and future growth. You will be in a tremendously influential, highly visible position within the organization, with regular collaboration amongst the rest of the leadership team.

You Will:

• Create processes, systems, and best practices related to inventory & order management, resource allocation, and purchasing
• Extract and analyze data to improve performance along all operational processes
• Standardize and streamline processes across teams
• Coordinate third-party logistics and warehouse providers
• Work cross-functionally to bridge business and engineering

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 5+ years Operations experience in company that sells a physical product into retail or distribution channels
• Experience with customer order management, inventory/general purchasing, and/or inventory management
• Proficiency with ERP systems, including data input and transaction management
• Solid Excel skills, especially in conjunction with ERP data extraction and analysis
• A take-charge attitude and self starting mindset
• High attention to detail and understanding of end-to-end processes

• A background coordinating third party logistics and warehouse providers

• Food and beverage background
