Our New York office is currently seeking a Front End Developer to join our Applied Data Strategy Team. As part of our growing Applied Data Strategy team, you will have experience:

• with a wide variety of full stack frameworks
• with open-source projects and rapid prototyping
• graphically communicating complex information and processes simply

About you:

• Interest in connecting digital and physical environments
• Comfortable in an iterative and rapidly changing environment
• Agile enough to jump into projects and be comfortable in exploring multiple possibilities before landing on a specific solution
• Demonstrated ability across the following areas:
  • HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS
  • Coffeescript, JQuery, TypeScript
  • Standard UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material Design
  • One or more MVC frameworks such as Backbone, Angular, Polymer, Meteor
  • Fluid layouts and Responsive Web Design.
  • Digital Design authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Omnigraffle, Balsamiq
  • Consuming REST APIs from frameworks such as Node, Django RF, Ruby on Rails
  • Working knowledge ofrelational (e.g. SQL, PostgreSQL) and other (e.g. NoSQL) databases

Bonus Points:

• If you have worked in an Architecture or Engineering firm
• If you have worked with software typical to AEC industry – Revit, Rhino, various BIM interfaces
• If you know server-side programming languages
• If you have mobile development experience
• If you think information is beautiful and powerful
