A NYC-based, privately held technology company seeks a full-time Executive Assistant to join their collaborative and stable business. As part of this impressive and innovative team, the EA will provide extensive support for the Company President. The company has a start-up feel, but in a more stable environment; you will have immediate opportunities to make an impact.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, initiative, dedication, and a strong analytical aptitude. This is a unique opportunity gain a 360 degree perspective across a small business and have a direct impact on company culture and success.
This is a newly created position. The role will certainly evolve over time (so flexibility is key), we know the core functions to be:
Executive Administrative Responsibilities
Acts as a main point-of-contact for the Company President
Manages the President’s schedule and prioritizes appointments based on the Company's objectives
Triages President’s email, answering and routing correspondence as needed
Strategically organizes and prioritizes President’s detailed action items
Coordinates and attends technical and client meetings, taking minutes and organizing follow-up items
Responsible for organizing notes and documents
Maintains records on clients and partners
Coordinates expense reporting
Additional Responsibilities
Lead Company recruitment initiatives, including coordinating with an external recruiter, as needed. This will include working with contract- and project-based employees.
Special projects, as assigned

Office and cloud tools knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Google Docs)
Bachelor’s Degree+
Minimum of 4 years of professional office experience

This NYC-based company is a privately held technology company, which provides solutions that address critical science and security issues for commercial and government clients. Since 1990, the company has been involved in cutting-edge research projects for organizations working on novel high-performance systems.
The office setting is collaborate, but quiet. Unlike some start-up environments, this is a not a highly social office.
Salary: DOE
