Job Description
We are looking for non-technical teammates to oversee the physical office and improve our general processes. Many roles need to be filled, so the team member would ideally be able to take over several spheres of responsibility. To fulfill these duties, the team member would be encouraged to automate as much as possible and to take advantage of external services, software, and resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Logistics for meetings, business trips, happy hours, and various events
Record-keeping, compliance, bookkeeping and compiling of miscellaneous paperwork
Overseeing facilities, keeping office stocked, coordinating with service providers
Arriving consistently at each day’s start (8am ET or earlier) to address unforeseen matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Sheets
Fluency in written and spoken English and typing speed of at least 50 wpm
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies or new software
Time management skills or interest in learning
Interest in learning technical skills such as programming, relevant work experience, familiarity with specialized software e.g. QuickBooks, exceptional and/or nontraditional background, and other noteworthy circumstances are all viewed positively.
