The team is currently investing its second fund and its goal is to be the leading Australian venture capital company.

The Venture Partner’s focus will be to support the development of the company’s Technology practice. Your primary role will be to source, undertake, and manage investments through board representation with support from the junior team. You will also support the company in planning and delivering on exit processes for portfolio companies, leveraging your local and international network. Together with the partnership team, you will network within the local innovation and investment community to enhance the firm’s profile in technology/small growth investments as well as help provide a bridge into new institutional clients where you hold relationships.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of at least 15 years of operational and investment success. Finally, the successful candidate will be a strong team player with a proactive bias to action and aligned with the core values of the firm: trust, constructive non-judgmental conflict, commitment, accountability and results/achievement oriented.

This is an unusual opportunity to gain access to a brand name firm with credibility and traction in the local market at a senior level.
