Grass-Fed Front-End Designer/Developer

Full time: 45+ hours per week

Direct Report: Mike Danner, Director of Marketing

Location: Franklin, TN (Greater Nashville area)

Purpose of the Position

You'll be responsible for the digital execution inside our marketing platforms across our entire company. This includes turning wireframes and PSDs into full landing pages using all the cool new stuff, building email templates for our email team, creating and improving high quality store pages and beautiful experiences for our articles, videos and infographics.

Results

Key Areas you'll be influencing: Shopify, landing pages, webinar platforms, split test setup and configuration, our main site (WordPress) and our member's area video library.

Coordinate and execute responsive web design, mobile first design, configuration of a variety platforms and initiate split testing across multiple web properties

Manage your production workflow to ensure all projects are world-class and finished on time, every time

Make on-the-fly design decisions (Using your strong sense of typography and color)

Research and prototype tasteful and clean user experiences that push the bleeding edge of CSS (You are driven by an excitement and knowledge of emerging browser technologies and trends)

Cross browser, cross device, cross browser, cross device

Experience with Photoshop but open to other emerging graphics tools like Sketch

Desired Experience and Skills

2-3 years experience as a front-end developer

Must have a solid comprehension of how the Front end of the web works and Javascript

An eye for conversion design and user experience in a mobile first marketing landscape

Ability to balance speed with quality in the work you produce

Ability to manage priorities and multiple timelines across a large team

Obvious proficiencies: HTML5, CSS3, JS to be able to produce work at the caliber of or better than:

Onnit's website.

Preferred UX experience and an eye for landing page conversion design

Preferred marketing automation experience
