Triseum started humbly in 2014 as the first spin off from Texas A&M Visualization department's LIVE lab. In just two years, the company has grown to a team of more than 30 passionate professionals and successfully released its first game. Triseum aims to create educational video games with the graphic and experiential caliber of today's most successful game franchises. CRO Primary Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Work with the CEO, Marketing and Sales team to develop sales strategy for all of our products domestically and internationally. This will include development of dedicated sales channels, strategic partnerships, sales territories, marketing campaigns, pricing strategies and sales fulfillment.
  • Coach for success and build an exceptional sales team, focused on results supported by clear sales reporting and metrics. This hands-on position will require sales leadership by example from an individual who is regularly willing to roll up his her sleeves to get the job done.
  • Lead communication to executive team for all revenue activities.
  • Play an active role on the leadership team, working alongside the CEO in developing business strategies and objectives for our high-growth company.
  • Must be able to travel extensively and be fully engaged in the sales processes, conferences, and clients both domestically and internationally.

Education and work history

We are seeking an individual who has a bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field that pertains to this important role. An advanced degree would be preferred.

The individual's prior work experience should demonstrate a career trajectory with increasing levels of responsibility and achievement, a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, and examples of building innovative/rule-changing strategies that resulted in measurable improvements in customer acquisition, retention, upswell and cross sale.
