Qualifications
• Reports to SVP/GM ONE by AOL: TV
• Forecast, manage, and achieve quarterly revenue targets & other KPIs
• Trusted Expertise: Successfully navigate all levels of the customer organization in partnership with AOL leadership, establishing trusted relationships and serving as a subject matter expert on the ONE by AOL: TV Platform.
• Manages priorities across their team
• Lead the creation and ongoing improvement of training materials & forums for delivery of training and support - internal & external
• Establish and oversee formal customer facing communication cycles
• Conduit and process owner for customer feedback (e.g. product feedback, supply)
• Tracking of trends in platform engagement and forming of action plans
• Provide thought leadership to clients by representing marketing and industry expertise.
• Provide internal clarity on client expectations and project manages process/product resolutions to client success issues.
• Manage Platform Managers & Account Managers to support delivery of top-line revenue growth and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Head of Operations and Strategy to develop and implement process best practices (i.e. goal setting, end-to-end campaign delivery, business performance reporting)
• Provide leadership, support and supervision to the Platform Managers and Account Management team; inspire, motivate, train and mentor.
• Recruit, hire and develop top talent.
Required:
• Deep experience structuring and leading technology platform client service organizations
• Media & ad technology knowledge.
• TV planning, buying, and analytics knowledge and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in client service, account management, business leadership, team management, and client leadership;
• Proven success in managing a portfolio of business and driving revenue and results.
• Experience with setup and management of salesforce.com.
• Experience leading data/targeting strategy.
• Experience accessing customer product needs and developing work streams / action plans to meet those needs.
• Experience/success working in or with large organizations, agency holding companies, trading desks or media agencies.
• Do business and manage client relationships with a sense of accountability and urgency.
• Capable of operating at senior, strategic levels, but also willing to be “in the trenches” with the team to ensure executional excellence.
• Self-starter capable of reporting to someone remotely and flourishing in fast-paced environments.
• Highly organized, voracious multi-tasker; work in a team-oriented, collaborative fashion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a relationship builder.
