Lattice is looking for a lead product manager for Lattice’s Buyer Insights Application, industry’s first mobile-enabled application that seamlessly delivers Lattice predictive insights to sales and marketing teams directly in Salesforce.com and other CRM systems.
Your mission is:
- To unlock “whole product” experience that delivers both greater business value and consumer-grade user experience.
- To scale the adoption from hundreds of users to thousands within a year
- To reduce time and effort to deploy and configure the application by 3x within a year
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in creating category-defining product and in shaping the future of B2B marketing and sales organizations.
This is also a highly visible role. You will report directly to VP of Products, and work closely with other executives in the company.
Your overall responsibilities are:
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new product capabilities.
- Build and manage product roadmap and get executive buy-in
- Engage directly and regularly with customers to
- Develop solid understanding of their needs,
- Validate requirements and
- Test early products
- Partner with engineering team to curate backlog, plan and priorities sprint stories and deliver the roadmap.
- Partner with UX team to drive customer research and user testing of the new features.
- Structure data-driven experimentation and measurement framework to track and report product success or lack of thereof.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to support creation of customer driven messaging, sales enablement tools and thought leadership materials to execute the go-to market strategy
Our ideal candidate would have:
#1. A strong entrepreneurial bent; Do whatever it takes to get your products out-the-door and never hesitate to roll up your sleeves.
#2. A computer science degree or equivalent, 3+ years of hands-on software engineering and 3+ years product management experience delivering new products with mass-market adoption.
#3. Voracious appetite for uncovering “whole product” experience and help Lattice deliver it.
#4. Internalized the art of applying lean product development and continuous improvement principles to arrive at a viable product quickly while reducing waste.
#5. Great track record of working with engineering and design teams; you sweat the details and bring the donuts.
#6. Prior product management experience with the applications developed on SFDC, Eloqua or Marketo platforms is a big plus.
