  • Coordinate with non-profits, community organizations, support groups, senior centers, professional bodies, and faith-based organizations to develop supportive and communicative relationships between their community members and Hometeam
  • Develop metrics to evaluate alignment with brand identity and overall brand strategy and measure an opportunity’s success upon completion
  • Produce copy for printed and digital materials, including but not limited to brochures, internal communications, mission statements, organizational partnership literature
  • Plan and execute events both internally and externally, and manage and train all event staff

Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a solid GPA
  • 2-4 years experience with community management, community growth, sponsored events, and owned events
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and a track record of finding new ways to market and engage
  • Impeccable follow up and a fanatical attention to detail; comfortable handling a robust pipeline and juggling multiple priorities
  • Motivated self-starter and creative problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A genuine, compassionate desire to serve others and help those in need
