Juilliard Global Ventures was established by the world-renowned Juilliard School in 2014 to develop digital and licensed products for all fans of the performing arts. The JGV team is building a consumer facing business propelled by one of the world’s greatest brands in education and the performing arts.

Juilliard Global Ventures is looking for a highly motivated candidate to oversee Digital Analytics and Insights. The Digital Analytics Manager will help Juilliard to leverage data and turn it into actionable insights. This role requires a manager eager to take on insights, help us refine products and campaigns based on actionable data and discover new opportunities to grow the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the development and organization of data by managing and tracking analytics projects. Including:
    • Analytics implementation strategies Documentation of requirements and tracking specifications
    • Development of testing procedures
    • Execution of analytics tagging with developer(s)
    • Testing of configurations
    • Debugging of implementations with developer(s)
    • Tag management
  • Collect, analyze and summarize data, using a variety of web analytics tools, to derive compelling insights and highlight performance trends that can be used for audience growth, user experience improvement and increased content consumption
  • Conduct weekly and ad hoc analytics reports that analyze ad performance, product usability, path to purchase, consumer acquisition, retention and more
  • Mine data to identify enhancements and new business opportunities
  • Use data to better understand and segment audience actions and motivation

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5+ years in digital analytics with a focus on insights and analysis
  • BA/BS or MS degree in a quantitative area of study (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Finance)
  • Experience with web analytics, mobile analytics and social analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Facebook Insights, etc.)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with B.I. tools such as Tableau
  • Familiarity with data web basics such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent Project management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for the performing arts and education
