About The Position
REX is looking for a talented digital marketer with a growth mindset and product management skills who will help us take our industry-leading digital marketing and online marketplace for residential real estate to the next level.This person will build, own and optimize digital campaigns and help build world class products and services, identifying and bringing to fruition opportunities for accelerating our user growth and engagement. A growth hacking mindset combined with deep marketing expertise, product experience, and a focus on data will enable this person to work cross-functionally to drive users and conversions and impact our highest level business metrics.


What You Will Be Doing
Your efforts will include, but will not be limited to, conceiving and managing SEM, digital display, remarketing, email and SEM campaigns, measuring their impact, and recommending opportunities for improving the product and marketing programs.Using data to develop and validate hypotheses, you will own these improvements from conception to launch, working with other marketers to craft copy and creative, with engineers to craft requirements and timelines, and with sales and service to ensure seamless coordination between REX’s digital and physical worlds.

You will build campaigns and optimize them through keyword research, active monitoring, bid/budget adjustments, and A/B testing and provide weekly reporting for customers and company leaders.

Staying on top of industry trends, competitive risks, and advancements in the fields of digital marketing, growth hacking, and consumer marketplaces, you will influence the REX team to accelerate our growth. Success will be measured by the delight of our audience; conversions, engagement, new listings and closed home sales.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of running digital marketing campaigns including SEM and remarketing.
  • Experience with marketing and sales automation and integration of those tools with web platforms, including Marketo, Hubspot or similar and Salesforce or similar.
  • Strong organization and communication skills; the ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, execute on implementation, and report on results of changes and new tactics.
  • A growth mindset and approach that is data-driven, ensures learning and is collaborative across product, engineering, marketing, sales and service.
  • A “driver” personality - biased toward action, constantly driving for clarity and delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering a major impact at a successful technology company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
  • Proven ability to drive ROI from several concurrently active programs on Google Adwords, Bing Ad Center, and Facebook Business Manager, and possibly others. In-depth knowledge of the advanced features of each SEM platform.
  • Ability to generate insights that improve SEM strategy, performance (ROI) and scalability of SEM services.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Kiss Metrics, or other reporting/analytics software and an obsession with understanding metrics and analyzing user behavior.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Certification on Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot or similar.
  • Experience with current SEM management software (i.e. Aquisio and others).
  • Product management experience with the creation of digital B2C products and features, that deliver great customer experiences and high conversions.
  • Ability to write requirements documentation for product enhancement that effectively communicate business and development needs.
  • MBA
