We have an exceptional opportunity for an individual who has:

  • A high level understanding of IS/IT networks and systems with the ability to communicate technical information to all levels of an organization
  • An understanding of clinical work flows, EMR Systems (EPIC) and Dental Systems (QSI)
  • An operational knowledge of business functions and processes, from Accounting to HR, and is familiar with Epicor
  • Project Management experience, from initiation to closure of IS projects

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field or a 2 year technical degree with 1 year of experience required.

Experience: 2-4+ years in Clinical Information Systems or related field.

Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Washington State driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.

Knowledge Requirements

  • Hardware, Software and peripheral equipment along with troubleshooting knowledge
  • Clinical Layout and process flow knowledge
  • Business layout and process flow knowledge
  • Requirements gathering and project management

Skills Requirements

  • Requirements gathering, designing, developing, maintaining, reviewing, providing technical support services for
    • Telecommunication Systems- Voice and Data Networks
    • Computer Systems- Applications (Business and Clinical)
  • Assessing equipment and procedures and making recommendations
  • Documenting clinical and business processes/procedures
  • Establishing good working relationships with staff
  • Communicating effectively both orally and written
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects
  • Project Management- Initiate, Plan, Execute and Close Projects for small to medium initiatives
