We have an exceptional opportunity for an individual who has:
- A high level understanding of IS/IT networks and systems with the ability to communicate technical information to all levels of an organization
- An understanding of clinical work flows, EMR Systems (EPIC) and Dental Systems (QSI)
- An operational knowledge of business functions and processes, from Accounting to HR, and is familiar with Epicor
- Project Management experience, from initiation to closure of IS projects
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field or a 2 year technical degree with 1 year of experience required.
Experience: 2-4+ years in Clinical Information Systems or related field.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Washington State driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.

- Hardware, Software and peripheral equipment along with troubleshooting knowledge
- Clinical Layout and process flow knowledge
- Business layout and process flow knowledge
- Requirements gathering and project management

Requirements gathering, designing, developing, maintaining, reviewing, providing technical support services for
- Telecommunication Systems- Voice and Data Networks
- Computer Systems- Applications (Business and Clinical)
- Assessing equipment and procedures and making recommendations
- Documenting clinical and business processes/procedures
- Establishing good working relationships with staff
- Communicating effectively both orally and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects
- Project Management- Initiate, Plan, Execute and Close Projects for small to medium initiatives

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic serves over 120,000 people across 27 clinics and programs in two states. We have expanded medical care to include dental, orthodontia, nutritional counseling, autism screening, and behavioral health. We also offer community programs that offer assistance with employment and training, afterschool education, rental and shelter assistance, energy assistance, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling and testing, home visits, tobacco cessation, and three mobile medical/dental clinics.
