Solutions Engineer

Wrap is looking for a Solutions Engineer who will build solutions for Wrap partners and customers. This is a hands-on, technical role for people who like to work with clients to define and create solutions that show the full potential of the Wrap platform. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the implementation lead for customer- or partner-facing projects. About 2/3 of your time will be spent working with software design and product engineering teams and writing code, with the rest of your time spent working directly with customers and partners to define and demonstrate solutions.

This is a technical role that requires a high level of problem solving and coding skills, as well as strong communication & collaboration skills in working with partners and customers to identify problems and develop solutions.

Responisbilities:

• Work with clients (customers and partners) to understand underlying business needs and opportunities, and develop solutions using Wrap technology that address those needs
• Collaborate with internal product engineering and design teams to develop solutions based on core Wrap APIs and platform capabilities
• Write well-documented code

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience building software solutions or products
• Strong hands-on experience with various Web front-end technologies
• Strong communication skills including the ability to present to both technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to take an entrepreneurial approach and apply creative problem solving skills when building solutions
• Experience working in a design-driven organization or working closely with software design teams is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree or experience
