The role:
We’re looking for an experienced sales manager who can excite and motivate a team- push us to hit our goals- and bring experience and innovation to our current processes. As Regional Sales Director, you’ll work directly with the executive leadership, have a huge impact on our growing startup, and shape the model and direction of our sales culture.

Day to Day:
- Manage a team of account executives through the entire sales cycle
- Work closely with VP of Sales to manage monthly and quarterly sales goals and help your team exceed expectations
- Manage and motivate team members to leverage the appropriate sales tools and CRM system, forecast accurately, navigate complex sales processes efficiently and represent the Liftoff brand effectively throughout sales cycles
- Help establish and/or evolve sales processes for the company that support our consultative sales environment
- Proactively communicate the insights from the pre- and post-sales processes and from the performance of active campaigns to relevant teams throughout the company
- Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising
- Attend industry events and conferences and represent Liftoff and our solution effectively while establishing credibility as a subject matter expert in mobile advertising
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 5+ years of direct sales experience
- At least 2 years in a sales management role
- Proven track record beating sales goals as an individual and as a team
- Strong CRM practices; experience with Salesforce
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and high energy level - this is a core part of our team’s culture
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Bonus qualifications:
- Performance Advertising exp., Mobile Performance is BEST
- Experience selling to large companies, i.e., large deal sizes, corporate ad. strategy, etc.
- Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem
- Existing relationships with mobile app, m-commerce and Fortune 500 companies
