MapQuest is looking for a passionate self-starter to support our B2B marketing efforts. This individual will have a proven track record in supporting B2B product and sales teams while working within cross-functional teams to effectively communicate the product’s features and selling points. Within a busy, fast-paced work environment, this individual should be quick to adapt to changes while delivering our passion to the business community. We are looking for someone who can help build a community, online and offline, of passionate users and help grow the B2B business, while accelerating the inbound leads for the sales group.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the B2B Sales team in production of sales collateral, presentations, and engaging messaging to effectively communicate the products.
  • Provide messaging, content, and direction in marketing campaigns and nurture campaigns to drive brand awareness, improve customer retention, and upsell our existing customer base.
  • Research and validate consumer needs with product features to create fluid connection to B2B offerings.
  • Assist with product demos, business cases, whitepapers, and updating online content with design teams.
  • Plan, execute, and measure new business marketing campaigns to achieve ROI goals.
  • Translate products to sales-based USP.
  • Measure and analyze lead generation activity alongside SEM/SEO
  • Coordinate and assist with establishing MapQuest B2B as industry leader by identifying new opportunities through tradeshows, speaking engagements, and outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing role, preferably in sales enablement, product marketing, and corporate marketing.
    • Knowledge and experience in the geospatial community, ad tech environment, and data as a service industries a strong plus.
  • Must be proactive with engaging potential leads, creating relationships within industry, and communicating key differentiators in product offerings.
  • Insights-driven with experience analyzing data in Omniture and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with SalesForce, Marketo, and Drupal or other CRM software a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability of delivering HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to achieve results and build brand support.
  • Previous experience managing external agencies and defining milestones, costs, and providing feedback to ensure quality production.
  • Extremely organized, attentive, and team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and pivot as required by the business.
