Data Coordinator

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Data Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Global Marketing Department through the effective collection, analysis and reporting of marketing data and analytics – including data relating to website traffic; social media; and ONE’s CRM.The Data Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Global Marketing Department, and will be based in Washington, D.C.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Assist the Marketing Manager and Senior Director of Global Marketing Strategy in strategizing how the department can better use, disseminate and act on marketing data and analytics.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with the help of the Marketing Manager to evaluate the performance of ONE’s marketing work.
• Alongside other team members, collect and analyze data from testing exercises regarding messaging, content, platforms, etc.
• Assist as needed with data visualization for external presentations.
• Alongside the Marketing Manager and other team members, develop and analyze the results of supporter surveys.
• Analyze data from various sources (ActionKit, surveys, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) in order to develop member profiles and help improve audience targeting and segmenting.
• Assist in the clean-up of current ONE supporter data and improve processes for ensuring all new member data is imported correctly.
• Conduct other projects as required relating to ONE’s marketing data and analytics
• Work with the digital team to help identify improvements to ONE' Dashboard reporting tool.
• Create a post-campaign reporting structure and compile campaign statistics from various parts of the organization.
• Coordinate with the team to mine historical data to create reports on past campaigns

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of relevant post-university work experience
• Experience with managing data using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce or ActionKit
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Advanced experience in Excel including using pivot tables
• Experience with databases, data extraction, reporting and analysis
• Experience with SQL
• Excellent analytical skills, methodical thinking and problem solving ability, innovative at creating solutions
• Ability to present analytical results visually, preferably having used data visualization tools
• Ability to identify and develop data driven insights, and provide analytical support and statistical analysis
• Past digital campaigning experience is a plus
