Digital Marketing Manager

How you will make difference:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of our NYC-based team responsible for exponentially growing Brainly’s user base in the U.S. You are highly motivated and results-driven, and are excited about encouraging users to engage with a company you believe in, while maximizing the efficiency of the channels you are in charge of.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing online traffic and lead generation strategies through SEO, SEM, social media, mobile and content marketing. You must be a self-starter that can excel in an entrepreneurial environment and aggressively grow our online presence in the US.

What you will do:

• Create, manage, measure, and report performance of all performance marketing campaigns run in the US market
• Organize App Store Optimisation process
• Identify and research new mobile and display advertising networks and strategic traffic partners
• Deliver creative strategies for meeting aggressive online growth targets in terms of traffic and conversion rates

What you will need:

• 2-5 years of growth/marketing experience
• Strong math and analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Experience in all areas of performance marketing: Social (FB Ads / FBX, Instagram Ads), SEM (Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini)
• Understanding of ASO (app store optimisation)
• Deep knowledge of the US market
• Expertise in Excel (or Google Spreadsheets)
• Expertise in Google Analytics
• Accurate understanding of performance and success metrics and knowledge of how to analyze consumer behaviour
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel to Krakow, Poland (our European headquarters) for 1-2 weeks for training
