The Full Stack Developer (Java) / Application Development Specialist III will be responsible for:
- Specifying, designing, developing, and maintaining elegant software solutions across all tiers(Full Stack Java Developer)
- Designing and implementing new technology EHR connectivity. Write scalable, performant code in a collaborative team environment
- Building and researching the newest technologies and development tools to apply to our projects and present to the team
- Collaborating with and driving adoption of best practices in code health
- Masters preferred; Bachelors in Computer Science or a closely related field AND Three to five years’ experience in Java J2EE & Spring Framework and open source web technologies
- Full stack developer with knowledge in the following domains is a must: server, network, and hosting environment, *inx, relational and non-relational databases, data/transformation, application security/development, creation of RESTful APIs, version controls, design/UI‐UX/frontend development.
- Strong CS fundamentals, object‐oriented architecture utilizing design patterns, analytical problem solving, testing, and debugging skills
- Working knowledge of any/all of the following is
required:
- Web 2.0 technologies, e.g. JavaScript / jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, XML / JSON
- Java Spring MVC / ORM
- Database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Strong communication, analysis, and problem solving skills.
- Experience with agile development
