Our System Administrator is an integral part of our engineering team, working across a wide range of clients and projects as a subject matter expert and as a team leader on IT-focused projects.

Here’s what you’d be responsible for:

• Manage physical and virtual server infrastructure


• Manage network infrastructure


• Manage internal applications and services


• Provide service-based end user support across all office locations


• Support Infrastructure-As-Code (IAC) deployments


• Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines


• Create clear, concise, and accurate documentation for applications and services


• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages


• Continuously evaluate and improve security protocols and policies

Here are the skills and experience we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of IT industry experience as a System Administrator maintaining heterogeneous (Linux, Windows, OSX) environments


• Applicable experience managing Dell, Mac, PC, UniFi, Cisco computer and network hardware


• Familiarity  deploying and managing virtualization and container technologies such as VmWare, Oracle VirtualBox, Docker


• Deep understanding  of industry standards for system monitoring, security, networking, communication, source control and application management


• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, NFS, DHCP, FTP, DNS, HTTP, Samba, VoIP, RADIUS)


• Familiarity with Network Operating Systems, including configuring and managing routers, firewalls, switches, load balancers, and proxies


• Familiarity with  managing Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and services


• Experience with a configuration management system such as Puppet is a plus


• Knowledge of scripting languages such as BASH, PowerShell, Python, and/or Ruby


• Proven process documentation skills intended for technical and non-technical users


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
