The ‘Global Digital Commercial Acquisition Analytics’ Team is part of the Global Commercial and Merchant Analytics (GCMA) Team in Enterprise Digital and Analytics group within American Express.

The position is part of a highly collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing partners across Global Commercial Services, and deliver world class Analytics, Insights and Data Products to develop & implement Digital Marketing Programs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of highly motivated managers responsible for targeting commercial businesses across Site, Display / Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates and Co-Brand Partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the digital eco-system as it relates to data management platform, analytics , measurement, and overall digital marketing strategy
  • Support development of Commercial Site Marketing strategies and the onsite marketing testing roadmap
  • Ability to work with Data Management Platforms (Adobe Audience Manager / BlueKai) and Digital Analytics tools
  • Drive expertise in Paid Search (Google / Bing), Keyword Discovery, Audience Identification and Custom targeting leveraging Amex and Partner data assets
  • Measure and optimize performance of all Digital Channels through Attribution modeling and suggest optimization of exceed KPI
  • Develop and foster cross functional relationships with partners across American Express to ensure project prioritization and implementation

Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience and familiarity with paid marketing channels - Paid Search, Display and Paid Social 
  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to articulate a clear perspective while maintaining relationships and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams to connect the dots and bring new innovations to life
  • High quality written and oral communication skills with ability to synthesize key priorities and influence business decision making
  • An artful ability to translate unstructured business solutions into innovative marketing programs
  • Proven leadership ability, including strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude with partners
