What You’ll Do

  • Actively manage and implement acquisition campaigns and budgets across paid search/SEM and Paid Social (Facebook)  and other top of the funnel and retargeting programs.  
  • Maximize and grow the number of new customers at a positive ROI.
  • You will be expected to contribute to the strategy and execution, as well as the daily maintenance of the accounts including building, testing, running, and reporting
  • Track and report upon performance metrics through Google Analytics and other website analytics platforms as necessary
  • Act as the in-house expert  and work cross functionally with CRM, brand and product teams to grow our new customer base, and to improve ROI of the acquisition channels
  • Manage the entire deliverable cycle, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting
  • Actively test new creative concepts and landing pages and optimize based on results.
  • The ideal candidate is highly strategic, data driven, technically savvy and ready to roll up their sleeves to manage campaigns

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of proven track record of success in developing and managing paid media campaigns – Paid search/SEM, Paid Social (Facebook), display and retargeting.
  • Excellent working knowledge of advertising platforms including Facebook, Google AdWords, Reddit, and others
  • At least 3 years of experience in Google Adwords platform & Experience with desktop editor tools.
  • Experience handling large budgets and reporting on the effectiveness of spend
  • Strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions
  • Strong familiarity with performance tracking and measurement tools. (e.g. pixels, UTMs, attribution)
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF formulas are your friends
  • High integrity, energy, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate results, key learning, areas of opportunities
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines
