The Full Stack Developer is a strategic technical position within the organization. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for creating a new client-facing web application utilizing an existing framework and code conventions. They will work closely with a User interface (UI) / User Experience (UX) developer to implement a top-tier user experience as well as with other developers working on a similar, internal-facing web application. This position requires an eye for detail and excellent time management skills, the ability to work independently as well as the skills to collaborate and process feedback from peers and multiple user-groups. The Full Stack developer will develop new features based on provided specifications, as well as processing and synthesizing feature requests into efficient and intuitive tools. A good candidate will be a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who possesses good communication skills and thrives in tight-knit team environments.
