Chief Commercial Officer

The SilverCloud mobile app enables the delivery of highly engaging, clinically proven programs, content and supports covering a broad range of areas from mental health to chronic disease management.

The online platform is utilized by over 1,900 healthcare organizations across 7 countries, helping over 150,000 users to date.

As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will report to the CEO and lead the strategic and commercial function of the business. Providing commercial leadership and driving market revenue and growth, you will be expected to bring new commercial model proposals to the leadership team (LT) and Board, including feasibility studies & building out the business case.

This position is a key part of the LT and you will play integral part in the formulation and execution of the Strategic Plan.

You will also manage commercial teams across SilverCloud Health’s offices in the US, UK and EU with particular focus on agreed commercial sales targets and building best in class team to deliver on company and team goals globally.
Ideally you will demonstrate your distinguished sales track record through sales goal achievement, deal size, and territory growth in a B2B industry. With a strong acumen for technology and an ability to effectively position the product as a solution, you will provide exceptional knowledge of sales theories and lead generation.
