What is the opportunity?

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for business analysis activities on medium to large size projects.  The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support - for changes to Business Areas and Technology.

What will you do?

  • Elicit, analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements
  • Apply user-centered design practices like storytelling, personas, process flows and interactions to ensure solutions meets the end user’s needs
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standards
  • Ensure traceability for requirements throughout the SDLC
  • Communicate the impact of changes through cost-benefit analysis taking into consideration time, effort, and business priorities

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • Four-year college degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Unrelenting dedication to creating the best experiences for our clients
  • Experience in requirements planning, prioritization and estimation, requirements elicitation techniques such as Stakeholder Interviews, Requirements Workshops, JAD Sessions and Prototyping, excellent relationship building and stakeholder analysis skills, and experience in fulfilling both Business Analyst and Business Systems Analyst roles
  • Proven experience building requirement artifacts such as context diagrams, user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional specifications, data mapping documents and process models

Nice-to-have

  • Wealth Management experience
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of wireframe and prototype design tools such as InVision, UXPin, Axure, Balsamiq
