What is the opportunity?

The Business Analyst is responsible for requirement activities on medium enhancements and projects.  The Business Analyst  is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support - for changes to Business Areas and Technology.

What will you do?

  • Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing individuals or groups and their requirements responsibilities
  • Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates
  • Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with small to medium number of business stakeholders to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review
  • Analyze and document scope of the business solution using RBC and industry-standard requirements techniques
  • Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements, using enterprise requirements methodology
  • Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with the impacted stakeholders
  • Prepare requirements for review applying various communication techniques and lead requirements walkthrough and sign off sessions

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Business Analyst experience in various delivery methodologies such as Waterfall , Iterative, and/or Agile
  • Experience in requirements planning, prioritization, analysis, and documentation including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
  • Requirements elicitation techniques such as Document analysis, Interviews, Facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Surveys

Nice-to-have

  • CBAP or PMI
  • Masters Certificate in Business Analysis
