Full Stack Developer

This job is located in Vancouver or Victoria BC. Remote candidates within +/- 3 hours of the PST timezone are welcome to apply. 

MetaLab is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our talented engineering team. You will work with a team of highly skilled designers and developers to build world-class products for our clients. The ideal candidate is adaptable to work across the tech stack, can pick up on new skills quickly, and is comfortable in a fast paced environment.  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have 5+ years experience
• You're design obsessed and understand how to bring a design to life without loss in fidelity
• You're a self starter, very organized, and possess top notch communication skills
• You're able to work in an environment with ever changing priorities (adaptable)
• Agency experience is a plus
• Team lead experience is a plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• React/Redux
• Must have one of Rails or Elixir/Phoenix or Go
• React Native experience a plus
• Git & GitHub
• CI/CD
• Lodash / ramda / ES6+
• Webpack
• Babel
• Have built a REST API with JSON
• Must have either AWS, Heroku or similar experience
• GraphQL a plus
