Solutions Consultant

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present Emarsys solutions in the pre-sales phase
• Provide technical consultation on various aspects of solutions
• Develop customized presentations, demonstrations to prove the solution’s business value to the client
• Develop solutions for customers based on business, data, and or marketing need
• Communicate solutions to both customer and internal technical team
•  Liaise with Account Executives in preparation for client demonstrations  

YOUR PROFILE:

• 2+ years’ experience in a technical role with  a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company 
• Previous experience in a client facing role
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to top management (C-level) and non-technical audience
• High level of initiative and the ability to work without supervision
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once
• Professionalism and willingness to constantly learn and share knowledge
