Senior PHP Developer

Mollie is one of Europe’s fastest-growing FinTech companies. We provide a simple and clear payment API that enables webshops and app builders to implement more than 10 different payment methods in one go. We're looking for a senior PHP developer who wants to make an impact by working on next-generation financial APIs.

Project summary

You will be working with us on our cutting-edge financial APIs, which tens of thousands of merchants use on a daily basis. With payments being performed on our platform every second of the day and increasing, quality and scalability of code is becoming increasingly important.

Next to our APIs, we are working on innovative financial solutions for our merchants. We can't reveal the details here, but it's safe to say, we will put your skills to the test, allowing you to grow and learn rapidly.

Desired skills and experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience with developing web applications, preferably using PHP / MySQL stacks
• Experience with continuous deployment or continuous integration
• Experience with Docker setups
• Knowledge of modern queueing and caching systems such as RabbitMQ, Redis or Kafka

During the interview phase (maximum of two rounds), we'll inform you as soon as we've decided whether we'd like to proceed with you.
