We’re looking for a high energy IT professional to join our team in headquarters, supporting five Company offices (two international). This person will report into our IT manager and will serve as the front line and first touch for IT support across the organization. We’re seeking a candidate who is passionate about technology and who is look to drive continuous improvement.
Role:
The primary role of the Desktop Support Technician is to provide IT technical support to Sailthru’s roughly 180 full time employees.
Primarily responsibilities:
• Support daily operations of the IT department;
• Provide help desk support for all company employees;
• Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve employee satisfaction;
• Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use;
• Provide support for desktop and mobile devices as well as application system environments;
• Track and secure all IT inventory;
• Run the AV systems needed for video and audio conference meetings;
• Provide staff with training on I.T. related topics (ie. security and best practices)
• Contribute to a seamless new employee onboarding and IT training experience;
• Ensure network availability and maintain IT facilities such as server & meeting rooms.
• Proper recording, documentation, and closure of complex tickets as you grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience supporting Mac’s and PC’s in a corporate setting
• Expertise in troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops and laptops, software, operating systems
• Knowledge of network administration concepts (WAP, LAN, DHCP, Printers, etc)
• Experience administering Google Apps for Work (G Suite)
• Experience with A/V systems and Video conferencing systems
• Familiarity with VOIP hosted phone solutions .
• College degree required
