About the Role

This is a tremendous opportunity to make a mark in a fast-growing, ambitious startup fixated on revolutionizing industrial safety using IoT and wearable technology.

The QA Manager will take the current architecture and grow it to final product and be responsible for launch and post launch software support so should have seen the end to end complete software lifecycle at least once in his past.

The Ideal Candidate Has

• Software developer by heart with 15-20 years of experience leading teams for full-stack Java development with Spring framework.

• Experience with databases (SQL/noSQL), web and mobile development, hardware-software integration would be ideal.

• Should be able to lead the various software projects with small dispersed development and test teams globally.

• Will take the current architecture and grow it to final product and be responsible for launch and post launch software support so should have seen the end to end complete software lifecycle at least once in his past.

• Product launch experience and managing young agile teams will be very useful.

• Experience in working in ISO 9001 companies and following documentation and processes will be advantageous.
