About the role:

You have an opportunity to become one of the first employees in fast growing startup aspiring to bring latest IoT and wearable technologies to the world of industrial safety and worker productivity.

The ideal candidate has:

1. 8+ years of experience in Android application development using Android and 3rd party libraries/frameworks

2. Experience with peripheral integration in Android (camera, microphones and speakers, onboard sensors)

3. Experience in C/C++ development with Android’s Native Development Kit (NDK) and native libraries

4. Experience developing with core Android frameworks (telephony, media, services, etc.).

Highly Desired:

1. Experience with IP and cellular telephony s/w development

2. Working knowledge of Android AOSP technology and processes

3. Working knowledge of Bionic and OpenGL libraries

4. Linux driver development experience with knowledge of Linux kernel internals and libraries

Embedded design, PCB layout and verification, electronic design automation tools in particular OrCAD and Allegro, BOM optimization
