What does a Sales & Marketing Assistant do?
The Sales & Marketing Assistant will act as a liaison, by providing helpful information to our product development and marketing teams to resolve any potential issues a customer may encounter. The best Sales & Marketing Assistants are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and our Sales & Marketing Assistants gather feedback in a manner that helps us brainstorm on systematic ways to solve any customer issues. We're also looking for candidates that have natural problem-solving abilities.

As our brand (TravelVisa.com) expands this position will also help develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen customer outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls and help our customers with their orders
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file document
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Help with marketing and advertising campaigns to reach customers
