Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated digital marketer to work with us in developing and executing B2B marketing solutions. You will help us develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and users and help grow our brand awareness and pipeline of subscription-based customers. You will join a small team of highly driven individuals. You will handle marketing, lead generation, content development, and client relationships. 

Responsibilities:   

·       Pursue web traffic through organic search (SEO) via keyword optimization, metatags, and other methods; SEO tracking, optimization and modification.

·       Develop and execute lead generation, conversion strategies, and cross selling opportunities.

·       Perform market research and lead customer segmentation.

·       Develop and execute digital and email marketing campaigns and materials including content creation, automation maintenance, analytics and measurement.

·       Manage social media strategies and execution.

·       Create compelling marketing material and interactive content (blogs, email marketing, digital web banner ads, brochures, newsletters, web and html pages, email template design and campaigns, graphical content, custom landing pages, flyers, etc…).

·       Research and closely monitor topical issues; generate website content and blog posts.

·       Collaborate with internal and external technology team to ensure operation and integrity.

·       Monitor competitor activity and react to online trends and best practices.

·       Coordinate and assist clients with functionality, content, and online marketing endeavors.

·       Coordinate website delivery to clients and ensure that ads and pages are running correctly.

·       Maintain relationships with clients.

Experience Required: 

·        Minimum of 3+ years of Digital Marketing Experience. Proven success in digital marketing campaigns.

·        Demonstrated knowledge of B2B campaign strategy & execution, digital strategy, development, and content generation. Must understand the techniques of advanced digital marketing, tools, blogging, social channels, and audience targeting.

·        Experience using websites, apps, SEO, and email metrics to improve strategy.

·        Deep (both strategic and technical) understanding and experience working with SEO/SEM optimization, Adwords, Google Analytics and Social Media marketing tools, and marketing automation (HubSpot).

·        Exceptional writing and verbal skills

  • Maximum proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Muse, Photoshop and/or Dreamweaver) and WordPress are a must.
  • Maximum proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in generating design and text for marketing materials (emails, flyers, brochures, and newsletters). Experience must be full-time employment, do not include independent consulting.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with new and repeat clients from entry level to higher-level management.
  • Self-directed and able to move project issues forward to resolution and work well independently with limited managerial oversight.
  • Must be able to proactively diagnose and resolve project issues as they arise
  • Must understand the attitudes and concerns of our clients and continuously earn trust through high-level customer service and integrity.
  • Must be able to build rapport and provide high-level communication with clients and be able to work with strong/varying personalities.
  • Strong, positive and energized professional presence.
  • Experience working in a client facing/account management role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communication or Business.
