Senior Windows Developer

We’re a venture backed startup, based in San Francisco, with a team of passionate engineers focused on building the industry’s first platform for managing AI & Bots within the Global 2000. We believe algorithms and bots work best when they’re managed like employees—given the tools they need to succeed and held to a common set of standards that help set expectations for success while managing the risks inherent in a complex and rapidly changing environment. Our mission is to manage this new ‘digital workforce’ in the enterprise, addressing the scale problems endemic to automation platforms today, and the security, compliance and data problems that stifle their adoption.

We’re looking for a talented and driven windows developer to help us deliver solutions to the Global 2000. You’ll be working in a close knit and innovative environment, with a group of engineers maniacally focused on solving our customer's problems.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of relevant Windows development experience and know the ins and out of C#

• Understand the importance of the windows platform in the enterprise, and the value of a great user experience

• Design, develop, and architecture are all second nature

• Unit testing and functional testing, means complete

• Enjoy collaboration and success in small, high-velocity teams

• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills

• Attention to detail, bordering on obsessive

• A unnerving desire to automate everything

As a bonus

• Experience building enterprise software or business critical systems

• Experience with Win32, XAML, WinForms, or Wix

• Fluency in C++, Python, or Javascript
