COO / Chief Operations Officer (m/f)
Your responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Finance, Marketing and HR)
- Hands-on support in all departments when help is needed
- Redo the finance plan, create financial models and evaluate if the company is on track
- Develop and execute expansion strategies, operations and policies whilst establishing the corresponding internal structures and processes
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth and be responsible for efficiency and functionality of business
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
- Report to the CEO in all matters of importance
That’s you
- Proven experience in a relevant leadership role; either as a start-up founder or COO/Head of Operations in an early stage start-up
- Work experience in consultancy for a minimum of two years, whereas involvement in technical consulting is a plus
- Understanding of business functions such as Finance, Marketing and HR
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Applied knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Master in SQL and Excel with very strong technical skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- High performance orientation and excellent entrepreneurial thinking
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field, MSc/MA will be a plus
- Fluent German and excellent communications skills in English
