Your responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Finance, Marketing and HR)
  • Hands-on support in all departments when help is needed
  • Redo the finance plan, create financial models and evaluate if the company is on track
  • Develop and execute expansion strategies, operations and policies whilst establishing the corresponding internal structures and processes
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth and be responsible for efficiency and functionality of business
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Report to the CEO in all matters of importance

That’s you

  • Proven experience in a relevant leadership role; either as a start-up founder or COO/Head of Operations in an early stage start-up
  • Work experience in consultancy for a minimum of two years, whereas involvement in technical consulting is a plus
  • Understanding of business functions such as Finance, Marketing and HR
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Applied knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Master in SQL and Excel with very strong technical skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • High performance orientation and excellent entrepreneurial thinking
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field, MSc/MA will be a plus
  • Fluent German and excellent communications skills in English
