About the Job

The TeePublic Sales Manager will play an integral role in facilitating the already rapid growth of TeePublic by:

• Sales Outreach to prospective artists from around the world using salesforce and marketo in an effort to recruit artists to the platform
• Account Management of existing artists. Assisting artists with marketing and ensuring they are leveraging the platform to its fullest potential
• Building personal relationships with artists
• Reporting/ data analysis on outreach and account management with the goal of iterating on process

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role has:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal skills for clear communication (reading/writing)
• Extremely outgoing, positive and upbeat personality
• You genuinely enjoy people
• Creative thinking skills
• Understanding of the e-commerce shopping experience
• Ability to work well within a team structure, but also with a high level of autonomy
• Ability to multitask
• Interested in working in a start-up environment which means you’re ready for different kinds of tasks and challenges
• College graduate
• A strong appreciation for comedy and pop-culture. You may have attended comic con and if not, would want to go.
