UJET Inc., a SaaS startup that provides a revolutionary customer interaction platform, brings joy to customer support by helping companies resolve problems faster. Operating in stealth for two years, UJET offers a holistic platform for voice and chat channels that customers can reach via in-app, in-web, or in-1800 routes. The technology behind UJET replaces all of the convoluted systems, lines, and contact numbers with a stunningly simple SDK to take the frustration out of customer support and in turn provide a sleek, modern smartphone-era experience.

Opportunity

We are looking for a smart, motivated and high-performing Account Executive to be an early member of a global startup team and play a crucial part in our growth. You are strategic, driven and high performing. When working with customers they recognize that you are an expert and trust your knowledge/advice about their goals and how our solution will help add value to their business. Being an early member of our team you will be helping us gain traction in multiple verticals, highlight new opportunities for the company and inform our sales, marketing and product strategy. This role will give you huge growth and earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Comfortable communicating with clients of varying seniority (analyst to director-level) and background (technology, business)
  • A strong entrepreneurial nature and desire to support our rapidly growing business
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prospect and acquire relationships with a number of business units within the organization (customer support, product, and engineering).
  • “Sales-Hunter” mentality with enterprise prospecting experience
  • Ability to understand client needs, advise them on a solution and execute on meeting that need with our platform
  • Achieving quota of assigned territory/vertical.
  • Continually build a strong sales pipeline of well-qualified opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2-5 years of full-time Enterprise/ SaaS sales development or inside sales experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling software products and solutions to marketing and sales, C- level professionals strongly preferred
  • Understanding of value-based sales techniques
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently while being collaborative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Good time management ability with strong organizational skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong in-person and virtual presentation skills
  • Effectively manage opportunities through Salesforce.com
  • Ability to accurately forecast sales activity
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly-changing environment

Bonus

  • Knowledge and experience in customer support industry
  • Consultative solution sales experience a plus
  • Zendesk, Salesforce and Other CRM experience
