UJET Inc., a SaaS startup that provides a revolutionary customer interaction platform, brings joy to customer support by helping companies resolve problems faster. Operating in stealth for two years, UJET offers a holistic platform for voice and chat channels that customers can reach via in-app, in-web, or in-1800 routes. The technology behind UJET replaces all of the convoluted systems, lines, and contact numbers with a stunningly simple SDK to take the frustration out of customer support and in turn provide a sleek, modern smartphone-era experience.

With significant backing from investors including Kleiner Perkins, DCM Ventures, and more, UJET aims to change the customer service space as we know it.

Opportunity

UJET is seeking a product manager who will drive the direction of our products and services with developers, QA engineers, designers, and researchers. You will report directly to the Co-Founder & CPO. 

The product manager will play an integral role in building the product vision with our customers’ needs, putting together product roadmap, managing the balance between priorities and resources, shaping our products with the best user experience, and shipping them on time. You will work closely with diverse, cross-functional teams and be exposed to product applications for a variety of market verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Help driving product effort from concept to shipping
  • Propose solutions or alternative routes for product development
  • Gather and organize information through customer feedback, bug bash, and demos and come up with plans
  • Analyze product data and recommend new systems, procedures, or product changes to improve efficiency
  • Make product recommendations to leadership through presentations or written reports
  • Promote the product perspectives within various teams
  • Consult with managers and developers to ensure changes are working
  • Champion the insight on our customers and market

Requirements

  • Have the big picture in mind while hashing through the daily details of product building
  • Understand that the product team needs to think really hard so users do not need to think twice
  • Passionate to make a big impact in users’ daily lives with thoughtful services and products
  • Strong work experience in fast-paced SaaS companies shipping full cycles of products
  • Willingness to learn new things quickly
  • Razor-sharp execution & eagerness for perfection
  • Ability to zoom in and out in granularity of work – from long-term vision to day-to-day activity management
